• Space is limited at each event, so please apply as early as you can.

• Applications are to be sent to our Administrator. If an insufficient number of applications is received for an event by the date specified, the event will be cancelled.

• Should the entire event fee be beyond your financial means, please contact the Administrator for a bursary application. 

For On-Site Events

• The cost of the individual events are listed above and include full room and board during the event, based on double occupancy.

• There is an early-bird discount of $50 if you apply three months or more before the event.

• Private rooms may be requested for an additional fee – please inquire with our Administrator for these fees.

• There is a $100 surcharge for applications received less than one month prior to the course.

Further events may be planned by request to meet the needs of a local congregation or group. Please contact our Administrator for details.

Payment Policy

Fees are due and payable in full 30 days prior to the event. Payment may be made by e-transfer (details available from Administrator).

Cancellation Policy

A $100 administrative fee applies for any participants requesting a fee refund prior to the start of an event.  In lieu of a refund, the fee paid can be used as a credit toward a future event or a donation (of all or part of the fees paid) can be made to WTC.

If WTC cancels an event, the applicant receives a full refund of all fees paid.
